Jason Borucki

Jason Borucki, CFA, is currently the Director of Analytics and Decision Support at Allstate Investments, where they bridge investments, finance, quant, and risk management to enhance organizational decision-making through data analytics and decision science. They previously held positions as Director of Data Management and Analysis at PeopleScout and Senior Data Analyst at BAI, developing metrics and reports for major financial institutions. Jason’s experience also includes working at UBS, where they advanced decision science efforts and developed management reporting tools. They obtained a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
