Jeff Solomon

Jeff Solomon is currently a Lead Designer at Allstate, where they leverage their extensive experience in casualty claims and NGHP Medicare to enhance reporting results and foster program integrity. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Allstate from 2013 to 2016, including Claims Service Leader and Performance Consultant, where they focused on team management, process design, and improving customer interactions. Prior to Allstate, Jeff served as the Director of Special Projects at OMS from 1993 to 2002, managing project needs and conducting performance audits. They are pursuing an MA in Communication/Marketing Research from The University of Memphis and have a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of South Alabama.
