Jim Stephenson

Jim Stephenson is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Managing Commercial Counsel at Allstate since November 2025. With a strong background in corporate law, Jim has held positions as Senior Legal Counsel at Aeris IoT SaaS and EVBox, as well as Legal Counsel for HA International, LLC. Previously, Jim was General Counsel at Andy Frain Services/Frain Technologies and worked as an Associate Attorney at Kelly, Olson, Michod, DeHaan & Richter, L.L.C. and Parrillo, Weiss & O'Halloran. Jim began the legal career as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Trustee Office in the Northern District of Illinois. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Purdue University, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Arizona State University.
