Joe Kitchen

Joe Kitchen, MBA, is a strategic project manager with expertise in stakeholder engagement and learning and development. They served as a project and program management lead consultant at Allstate from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on claims strategy and learning. Prior to that, Joe held various leadership roles at Giant Eagle, Inc. and managed store operations at GNC from 2011 to 2015. They earned their MBA in Project Management from Louisiana State University in 2021 and obtained a B.S. in Sport and Fitness Administration from The University of Akron in 2015.
