Jon Passman

Jon Passman is an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile project management and coaching. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Allstate since June 2017, Jon leads two globally distributed teams on a SAFe release train focused on agent compensation, having previously launched three new Scrum teams for a multi-million dollar expansion. Jon also contributes to Stevenson High School as an Assistant Soccer Coach and officiates games for USA Hockey. Additionally, Jon holds a position as the elected treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the Vernon Area Public Library District. Past roles include Operations Manager and Scrum Master at STATS LLC, where significant operational growth was achieved, and Official Scorer for the Chicago Fire. Academic credentials include a BS in International Business from Villanova University and an MS in Knowledge Management from Dominican University.
