Kim O'Brien

Kim O'Brien has extensive experience in the insurance industry, primarily with Allstate Insurance. From October 1996 to July 2011, Kim served as Market Claim Manager, overseeing all aspects of a Market Claim Office, including strategy development and employee management. Subsequently, from November 2011 to July 2014, Kim held the position of Senior Manager of Administration for the Eastern Territory, where responsibilities included collaborating on field operations across 23 states and Canada. From November 2014 to November 2020, Kim advanced to Claim Field Director, managing Claim Operations for Auto, Property, and Casualty across multiple states and participating in strategic planning. Currently, since November 2020, Kim serves as Claim Field Director, leading the centralization and specialization of critical processing operations, achieving exemplary results during a major organizational restructure.
