Kimberley Holman has extensive experience in claims management, currently serving as Claims Associate Manager at Allstate since July 2006, where oversight includes leading a Casualty Claims team and managing escalated claims. Previously, Kimberley held the position of Claim Service Analyst, handling complex bodily injury claims and analyzing policy coverage.
