Laken Howard is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a focus on social media and influencer strategies. Currently serving as Lead Consultant for Social & Influencer at Allstate since December 2020, Laken has led the development of Allstate's influencer playbook and managed relationships with influencer agency partners. Prior to Allstate, Laken worked as Social Manager at FCB Chicago, where strategic social media campaigns were developed for various brands. Additional experience includes writing and researching for lifestyle publications and contributing as a Sales Associate. Laken holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, obtained in 2015.
