Lance Stallings

Lance Stallings is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Personal Financial Representative at Allstate since January 2022, Lance supports over 12,000 policyholders across multiple states, including Utah, Idaho, and Texas. Previously, as an Agent and later a Partner with New York Life Insurance Company from April 2017 to November 2022, Lance provided exceptional client service in various financial products and trained new agents in business development. Lance also held the role of Managing Director at Guardian Life from August 2014 to April 2017, overseeing agent teams and ensuring compliance with brand standards. Earlier career roles include Regional Marketing Director at Transamerica/AEGON USA, where Lance promoted life insurance products across 14 western states, and client relations at Franklin Institute. Lance holds a BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University and attended Dixie State University from 1981 to 1984.
