Lore Sprouse

Lore Sprouse is a PMP-certified Senior IT Program Leader and Process Expert with over 17 years of experience in managing financial and technical projects in the insurance industry. Currently serving as an IT Project Manager at Allstate since 2008, Lore develops project plans, facilitates collaboration among team members, and ensures project completion on time and within budget. Prior to this role, Lore worked as an Organizational Process Management/Process Team Leader at Allstate, where they successfully developed and documented organizational processes, leading to significant enhancements in process efficiency. Lore holds a PhD in Management.
