Lynn Spelde

Lynn Spelde is currently a Financial Manager at Allstate, where they lead annual underwriting expense planning and oversee period-end reporting. From 2000 to 2004, Lynn served as a Senior Financial Analyst, developing automated financial scorecards and generating detailed reports to support strategic decisions. Lynn has also contributed significantly to financial analysis and reporting throughout their career, including positions at CNA Insurance and various roles within Allstate. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and are pursuing a Leadership Certificate at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
