Mark Cleveland is an experienced leader in Agile technology, business service management, and logistics, known for their award-winning transformation leadership. They earned a degree in Business Management with a focus on Organization Behavior and Psychology from Northwestern University in 1987. Mark has served in various roles, including as an Advisor for fundraising and community activities at the American Indian Center of Chicago from 2001 to 2011, and they were a Senior Manager at Allstate from 2014 onwards, where they currently lead the Agile Development Transformation Center of Excellence, earning recognition as a Celent Model Insurer Award Winner for Agile transformation in 2019.
