Mark Prindiville

EVP, Chief Risk Officer at Allstate

Mark Prindiville is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Allstate Insurance Company. He chairs the Enterprise Risk and Return Management Committee, which oversees all corporate risk and return activities.

Prindiville joined Allstate in 1996 as a quantitative analyst in the Investment Risk Management group and subsequently held roles of increasing responsibility spanning Allstate's portfolio and investment risk management functions. In 2010, he was promoted to Managing Director of the Investments Research and Analytics team, where he led economic forecasting, strategic and tactical asset allocation, risk measurement and portfolio hedging strategies. He later served as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Allstate Investments.

Beginning in 2019, Prindiville led the business-facing analytics function of Allstate's data and analytics organization. His team delivered value-adding analytics solutions and drove alignment between business units and the Data, Discovery & Decision Science team to implement a shared analytics road map.

Prindiville earned bachelor's degrees in economics and systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate in operations research from Stanford University.
