Michael Burnett

Michael Burnett possesses extensive experience in managing technology and digital transformation initiatives within Allstate. Currently serving as a Senior Manager, Michael leads digital transformation efforts across the global workspace for over 100,000 users, focusing on desktop engineering, mobile computing, and systems management. In previous roles at Allstate Insurance, Michael oversaw the Field Support Organization for 50,000 users across three continents and managed various IT functions, including network and voice services, PC lifecycle upgrades, and the establishment of an Enterprise Wide Problem Management organization. Michael holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Lake County.
