Michael Magee is currently the Director of Claims Innovation at GEICO, where they oversee innovation initiatives within claims and shared services. They previously served as Claims Field Director and Director of Innovation & Design at Allstate from 2020 to 2025. Before that, they held the position of Region Manager at AIG from 1999 to 2007 and were the Director of Claims at Esurance from 2007 to 2020. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Temple University and completed a program in Leading with Analytics, Data Science at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
