Michael Nowik

Michael Nowik is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the insurance industry. Holding the position of Marketing Manager at Allstate Insurance since 1995, Michael has successfully managed key projects in Customer Marketing, including direct mail, e-mail, telemarketing, and bill messaging. Michael has also served as an Agency Owner, where expertise in developing infrastructure helped to maintain and grow business as an investment opportunity, earning recognition through multiple awards, including the Honor Ring. Previously, Michael was a Field Sales Leader, advising new agency consultants, and a Senior Marketing Manager, where the development of an online quick quoting site significantly increased quoting activity. Earlier in the career, Michael was the Director of Marketing at CUNA Mutual Group. Michael holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BBA from UICC, both with a focus on business and marketing.
