Michael Passman

Michael Passman is a communications strategist currently serving as the Director of Corporate Reputation at Allstate. They have extensive experience leading media relations, strategic planning, and crisis communications, having worked with the Obama Administration and the Chicago Public Schools. Previously, Michael served as a Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice, where they wrote press releases and advised on press strategy. They were also the Chief Communications Officer for Chicago Public Schools, overseeing a 15-member team and significantly increasing digital engagement. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior at the University of Michigan.
