Nikisha Thomas

Nikisha Thomas, M.S., is an HR leader with a strong track record in elevating talent and organizational growth. Currently, they serve as the Head of Diversity Outreach, Early Careers, and Campus Recruiting at Allstate, leading a team focused on engaging diverse talent. Previously, they held various roles at Allstate, including Head of Talent Selection and Assessment, where they architected enterprise-wide talent solutions. With experience at Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Global Manager in HR Business Transformation, they played a key role in achieving over $2 billion in cost savings. Nikisha is also a board member of the Talent Marketing Board, contributing to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
