Pam Overton

Pam Overton is currently the Claim Director at Allstate, where they lead multiple claim office leaders across several states. With a long history at Allstate, they previously served as Claim Field Director and held a Vice President position focused on field support and customer experience. Prior to joining Allstate, Pam was the Vice President of Research at Tech-Cor, where they collaborated with automobile manufacturers and the collision repair industry on innovative repair techniques. Pam holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BA in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Central Florida.
