Paul Nesbitt

Paul Nesbitt is currently a Manager and Attorney in Insurance Operations at Allstate. Previously, they served as Senior Director of Legal/Risk Operations for the American Cancer Society, where they acted as general counsel for a large non-profit organization and provided legal guidance across multiple divisions. With experience in corporate law, compliance, and risk management, they have successfully negotiated contracts and managed legal matters at organizations like SafeAuto and The Wolfe Practice, LLP. Paul earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and a BA in Communications from Xavier University.
