Randy Forgrave is a retired IT Manager who worked at Independent Life Insurance Co from 1981 to 1997, where they managed desktop support, LAN administration, and telecom teams. From 1998 until retirement in 2022, they held a similar role at Allstate Benefits, overseeing the ITS Helpdesk and desktop support teams. Currently, Randy is enjoying retirement.
