Randy Weaver

Randy Weaver is a multi-location Allstate Agency owner and Marcos Pizza franchise partner with extensive leadership experience across insurance, franchising, and energy sectors. They built Weaver Allstate Agencies to $7.1 million in property and casualty premium, recently purchased a third location in Dublin, GA, and currently employ five licensed agents with a staff of seven, including Series 7, 6, and 63 Financial Specialists. They own six Marco's Pizza locations in Vidalia, Hinesville, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Pt. Wentworth/Rincon, and Berwick/Savannah, and focus on leadership development and relationship management with Marcos Pizza. Earlier in their career, they served as Director of Sales and Customer Operations at Southern Company Services (2001-2006) and held distribution leadership roles at Georgia Power Company (1983-2001). They earned an Associate's degree in Business from Clayton State University and a BBA in Management from Georgia State University.
