Rich Eggles is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in recruitment and military service. They served in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles, including Production Recruiter and Financial Management Specialist, before retiring at the rank of SMSgt-E8. After transitioning to civilian life, Rich worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant and later as a Senior Diversity Consultant at Allstate. Rich also gained experience as a Skilled Trades Recruiter at JFC Staffing Companies. They earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business Administration from Felician University and a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
