Since 1996, Rocky has been self-employed in the insurance industry and is currently an owner at Allstate Insurance. Rocky earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Columbia University from 1990 to 1995, and attended Phillips Andover Academy and Orchard Park High School for their early education.
