Roger Wang

Roger Wang is a Senior UX Researcher at Allstate, where they lead user experience research initiatives. Previously, they served as a Research Associate at the University of California, San Francisco, mapping user flows and enhancing website clarity. Roger also gained experience at Honda R&D Americas, Inc as a Research & Product Planning Intern and worked as a UX Researcher at surefoot, conducting user interviews for e-commerce platforms. With a Master's degree in Applied Educational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's in International Relations from the University of Southern California, they combine diverse academic and professional backgrounds to inform their research practices.
