Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council since December 2024, Ryan has held various pivotal roles at Allstate since June 2007, including Director of the Procurement Strategy Office where responsibilities encompass supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives. Previous positions at Allstate include Director of Procurement Operations and Director of Category Management & Strategic Sourcing, leading teams that managed significant spending and achieved notable cost savings. Prior experience includes roles at CVS Health in contract operations and at Moore Wallace Inc. in contract administration. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
