Sharon Dean

Sharon Dean is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Digital Transformation at Allstate since February 2014. In this role, Sharon leads a centralized hub focused on optimizing and automating business processes to enhance both customer and employee experiences. Prior to this, Sharon held the position of Business Process Redesign Vice President at Encompass Insurance from September 2014 to August 2020 and served as Product Vice President at Allstate Insurance Company from October 2011 to September 2014. Additionally, Sharon was the Senior Director for the Southern Region, overseeing operations in Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Director of Underwriting at North Light Specialty Insurance Company from September 2007 to October 2011. Sharon holds a degree from Baldwin Wallace University.
