Simonie Wilson is a UX Design Manager and Program Area Lead in Conversation Design at Allstate, focusing on voice and chat systems. With nearly 30 years of experience in UX, speech, and conversational interfaces, Simonie has worked with companies such as Microsoft and GM, as well as in startups and freelance capacities.
