Steve Baker

Steve Baker, CPLP, is an innovative, people-driven, process-oriented learning professional with extensive experience in both corporate university and in-business settings. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Consultant at Allstate since 2007, they focus on leadership development and team building within the technology community. Previously, Steve worked as a Strategic Business Partner at Motorola from 1987 to 2004, where they drove organizational learning and performance optimization. They also provided consulting services through their own business, Steven J Baker Training & Consulting, from 2004 to 2007, specializing in instructional design and facilitation across various subjects. Steve is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies at Roosevelt University.
