Tim Laury, PHR, currently serves as the HR Associate Manager at Allstate Insurance Company, overseeing the licensed producer and agency relations team since September 2017. In addition, Tim has held the role of Field Sales Leader since May 2015, providing business consultancy to 31 agency locations in southern Colorado. Tim's previous experience at Allstate includes a Field Sales Associate position focused on sales leadership development and various roles from January 1997 to November 2014 as an HR Business Partner, Human Resources Consultant, and Frontline Performance Leader. Earlier in Tim's career, experience was gained as an Assistant Manager at Kroger. Tim holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University, obtained in 1991.
