Todd Shumaker

Todd Shumaker has over 25 years of experience in employee relations and sales roles. Shumaker's career began as an Executive Assistant at Salisbury-Rowan Merchants Association from June 1991 to August 1997, followed by a brief tenure as a salesman at Brad Farrah Nissan-Pontiac-GMC in 1997. From December 1997 to September 2020, Shumaker served as an Employee Relations Consultant and later as Lead Consultant at Novant Health. In February 2021, Shumaker transitioned to the role of Employee Relations Lead at Driven Brands, Inc., where employment continued until December 2022. Currently, Shumaker is a Workforce Relations Lead Consultant and Employee Relations Consultant at Allstate since April 2025. Shumaker holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Appalachian State University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
