Tracy Bench

Tracy Bench, CPP, currently holds the position of Director of Payroll at Allstate since October 2025, bringing extensive experience in payroll management spanning multiple organizations. Prior to Allstate, Tracy served as Sr. Director of Payroll Operations at Honeywell and as Sr. Director of Global Payroll at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Tracy has a strong background in leadership roles within payroll services, having worked at Alight Solutions and Velocity Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included payroll process execution, compliance, and client relationship management. Tracy's career began at Blockbuster, where significant contributions included the implementation of Pay Card and Electronic Pay Stub systems and managing a large payroll department. Tracy holds an Associate's degree in Accounting/Business Administration from Limestone University and is proficient in PeopleSoft 8.
