Travis Brooks is a seasoned leader in workforce management and customer service with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Leader Enablement Manager and Timekeeping Leader at Allstate since June 2020, Travis has a proven track record of ascending through various roles, starting as Customer Service Supervisor in 2013.
