Wayne Cerne

Wayne Cerne is the Director of Operational Risk and Return at Allstate, where they focus on identifying and mitigating operational risks within a global organization. With a proven track record of partnering with management to develop sound controls, Wayne previously served as the Global Head of Operational Risk at UBS Asset Management from 1999 to 2019, and as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1993 to 1998. Wayne holds a Master of Science in Accounting from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
