Yari R.

Yari R. currently serves as the Lead Consultant in Talent Management at Allstate, a position held since 2022. Yari previously worked in various roles including Associate Director of Assessments and Learning at PSHRA and Human Resources Consultant at Doverspike Consulting, LLC, among others. Yari gained initial experience as a Human Resources Intern with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and Remington Hospitality. Yari is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Maryland College Park, alongside a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Baltimore and graduate study abroad in Global Organizational Structure and Development at Universitat de Barcelona.
