Yolanda Tremble

Yolanda Tremble, MBA, serves as the Generative AI Cost Efficiency Manager and AI Researcher in LLM at Allstate since August 2016, focusing on the intersection of information systems and operations within Knowledge Management and Learning and Development ecosystems, while also leading initiatives in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to Allstate, Yolanda was a Licensed Facilitator of e-Factor!® at Helpmate Builders from December 2015 to June 2016, providing coaching on Business Acumen Training. Yolanda's experience at JPMorgan Chase Bank from April 2009 to December 2015 included roles as a Business Process Analyst, where recommendations were made to improve business policies and procedures, and as a Technical Writer, ensuring that policies were effectively integrated into training materials. Education includes a Master of Communication with an emphasis in Adult Learning Theory from Grand Canyon University, completed in 2019.
