Anna Ramella is a co-founder of AllStent and a post-doctoral researcher in biomedical engineering at Politecnico di Milano. With over four years of experience in stent-graft modeling, Anna has developed an innovative numerical method for simulating the Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR) procedure. Recognized for significant contributions to the field, Anna received the 2024 Clinical Biomechanics Award from the European Society of Biomechanics and the 2023 Researcher Prize at the European Symposium on Vascular Biomaterials. Currently, Anna collaborates with clinicians to enhance modeling of medical devices and endovascular interventions, continuing to bridge the gap between engineering and clinical practice.
