Maria Pinelli possesses extensive experience in customer operations and communication technology. Since September 2016, Maria has been with Zayo Group as part of the Communication Tech Managed WAN/LAN Operations Service Desk. Concurrently, Maria has held various roles at Allstream since 2006, including Order Manager, where responsibility encompasses the timely delivery of DATA services, overseeing order completion, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication. Maria has also managed collaborative delivery processes as a DATA Order Manager and previously contributed to customer loyalty initiatives as part of the Save Team.
