Mark Haggerty

Mark Haggerty is an experienced IT/IS Telecom Specialist at Sunco Communication and Installation since June 2006, focusing on managing large-scale VoIP and network implementations for medium to large businesses. Notable project achievements include high-profile collaborations with Ontario Health, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and various educational and government entities. With extensive expertise in project management, telecommunications, and helpdesk management, Mark has also completed numerous internal sponsored courses, obtaining certifications in Microsoft technologies and networking. Prior to Sunco, Mark served as the Regional IT Manager Canada at Navigant International, where responsibilities included establishing a comprehensive Helpdesk to support Canadian operations.
