Allison Welch

Allison Welch is an accomplished packaging management professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Packaging Manager at Alltech since September 2019, Allison previously held various roles at Cargill, including Packaging Sourcing Lead and US Supply Planning Lead, where responsibilities included managing complex pipeline logistics and developing best practices for a newly formed team. Earlier positions included logistics scheduling at Cargill and research roles at Western Washington University and the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Allison holds an MBA from Western Washington University and a B.A. in Business Economics from South Dakota State University.
