Connie Thompson

Connie Thompson is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in data, analytics, and business applications. Currently serving as Global Director of IT Data, Analytics & Reporting at Alltech since August 2003, Connie has held several leadership roles, including Global Director of MIS Solutions Development & Delivery and MIS Financial Services Manager, focusing on talent acquisition and business relationship management. Previous roles include Global Support Center Manager and North America MIS Manager, where Connie enhanced IT operations and support services. Earlier career experience includes serving as Applications Support Manager at LexTech, Inc., specializing in implementation and support of various business applications. Connie holds advanced management training from University College Dublin and a degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky.
