Gregory Hodge

Gregory Hodge, MBA, CIA, CFE, CMRA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in auditing, ethics, compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as General Auditor and Global Head of Ethics/Compliance and Risk Management at Alltech since October 2020, Hodge previously held the position of Global Manager - Ethics and Compliance at Ashland from October 2011 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading the global ethics program and reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and board audit committee. Hodge has a robust background in internal audit and compliance, having organized Ashland's global Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and managed significant financial control policies. Earlier career roles included supervisor positions in internal audit and staff auditor responsibilities at Hess, Stewart, & Campbell, PLLC. Hodge earned an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Marshall University.
