Early career roles featured a legal internship at Alltech Inc. and administrative positions in veteran affairs and construction management. Salyers holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Science from Eastern Kentucky University, along with additional education in law enforcement administration.
