Maria Mereles is an agronomist and a specialist in rural development and food security. Currently serving as the regional sales manager at Alltech since 2023, Maria previously worked as a developer at Caltech S.A. from 2020 to 2022 and also held the position of consultant there until 2023. In 2019, Maria contributed to research and development at INAFO. Maria completed a degree in Agronomy at Universidad San Carlos from 2017 to 2020 and earned a degree in Rural Development and Food Security from Universidade Federal da Integração Latino-Americana from 2015 to 2019.
