Mike Russman

Mike Russman is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in the feed industry, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager for the Feed Division at Alltech since December 2020. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at ADM, including Plant Manager, Regional Quality Manager, and Production Supervisor, accumulating a decade of experience from August 2010 to December 2020. Earlier in Mike's career, roles included Sales Associate at The Cellular Connection and Warehouse Specialist at Archer Daniels Midland Company. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing/Management from Northwood University, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
