Richard's background includes developing new health products across various sectors and collaborating with academic institutions globally. They have lived and worked in Ireland, the USA, and Switzerland, enhancing their international experience. In addition to their technical roles, Richard contributes as a Non-executive Board Member at Comfort Homecare and is committed to community service through youth leadership and charity events.
