Richard Lu

Richard Lu is the Regional Director for Alltech Malindo, overseeing market development initiatives across Southeast Asia. Previously, they served as General Manager for Alltech Taiwan, leading sales teams to enhance the livestock industry, and played a crucial role in Alltech China's Customer-Centricity Project. Richard holds a master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from the National Chung Hsing University and has completed an EMBA program at China Agriculture University, along with a mini MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Richard is currently learning Bahasa and has lived in six different countries. They are a proven sales management professional with extensive experience in animal health and related industries.
