Russell Boulter

Russell Boulter is a seasoned communication expert and co-founder of GSB Comms, a rapidly expanding communications business, where Russell holds the positions of Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer since April 2017. In addition to leading GSB Comms, Russell serves as a Communication Expert at L.E.K. Consulting and coaches at various organizations, including St. James’s Place Wealth Management, Alltech, XPS Pensions Group, KPMG, Visa, and Barclays, focusing on enhancing leadership and communication skills. Russell also holds academic roles as a Theology Lecturer at the University of Chester and a Visiting Lecturer at Oak Hills Christian College, where Russell teaches communication and preaching. Russell's educational background includes a Diploma in Theatre Arts from LAMDA and a diploma in NLP Clinical Hypnotherapy/Life Coaching from the Phil Parker Institute.
