Brigitte Moser

Brigitte Moser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Allthings since February 2013, Moser oversees various teams to ensure customer success and the integration of digital solutions for building management. Previous roles include Head Customer Success Schweiz and Customer Success Manager at careware AG, where Moser contributed to a managed E-Commerce platform, and Senior-Projektleiter at synesix solutions AG, focusing on customer interaction platforms. Moser’s academic background includes a Lizenziat from Universität Zürich in Sinology, Economics, and Religious Studies, as well as a CAS in Prevention and Health Promotion from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
