Mareile Faessler

Mareile Faessler is currently the Head of People at Allthings. Prior to that, they were with Testo SE & Co. KGaA as Global HR Development from March 2017 to November 2018. There they were responsible for HR matters for international daughter companies in all areas of personnel development. The introduction of the HR system Saba and employee satisfaction surveys were part of their tasks, as well as training management.

Before Testo, Mareile was a consultant for career and leadership development at BearingPoint from October 2014 to February 2017.

Mareile started their professional career at Lufthansa, where they worked in the Strategic Leadership Development department from August 2012 to January 2013 (internship) and from May 2013 to February 2014. During this time, they wrote their diploma thesis on "Gender differences in management diagnostics".

Mareile Faessler is a certified systemic consultant and has a degree in psychology from Philipp University of Marburg. Mareile also has a certification in professional scrum product owner from Scrum.org and a train-the-trainer certification in stress management from the GKM-Institut für Gesundheitspsychologie in Marburg.
